1 pk of Extra Lean Cooked Ham (0.406kg)
500ml Pickled Asparagus Spears
3-5 tbsp Plain Cream Cheese

• Take Ham out of package, dry each individual piece front and back.
• Spread a thin layer of Cream Cheese on one side of the Ham. (If its not spreading, dry the Ham a bit more with a paper towel, then try spreading the Cream Cheese again).
• Pull out one Asparagus Spear, dry it with paper towel, place on Ham, and start to roll tightly, when the Ham is rolled around the Asparagus once (about half the Ham slice) cut the rest of the Ham off, pull out another Asparagus Spear, dry it, place it on the second half of the Ham, and start to roll tightly. Cut each Ham/Asparagus log in half, place in container.
• Repeat last step until all the Ham, and/or Asparagus is used.
• Keep Refrigerated
• Serve/Enjoy

MenuDuet’s Notes: In the picture displayed;

-If you come across a particularly large Asparagus, feel free to slice it down the middle, to use as two.

-Test your first one out; The first time we made these we thought adding a bit extra Cr. Cheese would be good, but ended up being to much. Make the portions to your liking.

-The Plain Cream Cheese amount, is an approximation, I had a block and just spread some on.

-Some were eaten during making, so you would prob have, about 6 more halves.

This is the first snack/treat recipe we have posted so far, and let me tell you, it’s quite amazing. This is a big hit with our families during get together’s, be it a holiday or special occasion. I have been eating these since I was a kid, (granted I didn’t know what it was made of, at the time), and I’ll probably be eating/making them for the rest of our lives.

Very easy to make,
