Parmesan Cheese, Good Quality, Shredded
• Preheat oven to 350 C
• Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
• Grate Parmesan Cheese.
• Put 6 tbsp piles of the shredded Parmesan Cheese on the cookie sheet. (Make sure they don’t touch.) Flatten each pile out, so the cheese is spread evenly in a circle, tuck in any loose cheese pieces to the piles.
• Cook for 2-5 minutes or until the edges of the cheese discs are golden brown, take them out of the oven. The cheese will look wet (melted). Dab off grease with paper towel.

-While the cheese chips are still warm, you can shape them. Though they harden fast so make sure to do it as soon as you can.
-Try not to let the center get brown because they can go hard really fast and not be yummy, take them out of the oven as soon as the edges are golden brown.
-You can always add spices to get different tastes, like Oregano.
If you love eating cheese, you will have no problems munching on some of these. We have made these a few times now because we wanted to try them in different ways.
-The first time was just as, some yummy Parmesan Chips, they tasted exactly how you think they would, like melted Parmesan, so we thought, what could we eat with this…
-The second time, we tried it as a topper with some spaghetti, we even added some Oregano spices in it as well, which went well with the Parmesan. Though they may have been better if we crumbled them.
-The third time we tried it as a topper with some Caesar Salad, and it did taste pretty good with that as well.
So there are some great ways to enjoy these, other then as chips. How would you try them?
